Introduction

Personal Trainer & Injury Rehabilitation 

It's easier said than done right? Well, I'm here to help you do just that.

My name is Piero Sidoli. I have a passion for health and fitness and the qualifications to help you achieve your goals.

​

I understand that everyone is different - not everyone is an athlete, nor does everyone aspire to be. My sporting background has enabled me to adapt my training sessions to cater for everyone. Irrespective of your fitness level or experience, I am committed to supporting you, challenging your boundaries and encouraging you through your fitness journey so that you can achieve your goals safely and effectively.

I appreciate that for many people it can be a daunting experience to enter a gym for the first time. It is my aim as a Personal Trainer to pass my professional knowledge on to you by teaching you how to apply yourself and enforcing good technique. Once these foundations are in place, you will have the confidence to progress and train with or without a Personal Trainer.

As a Personal Trainer, I encourage my clients to see the bigger picture. I strongly believe that health and fitness should be the main focus for everyone. Before becoming a trainer I played professional rugby for Newport Gwent Dragons in Wales and Calvisano in Italy. I also toured with the Welsh national team in 2004. I have obtained over 10 years of experience and tuition from some of the best fitness and nutritional advisors there are. Whether your goal is to lose weight or increase muscle mass, by maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle your desired results will naturally follow.

​Having completed my sports rehabilitation MSc distinction (1st), I am now able to explore musculoskeletal injury prevention screening, specific exercise therapy, and clinical treatment skills. Extensive practical and laboratory experience has helped cement my understanding of human anatomy, the biomechanics and physiology of the human body, and the pathology of injury and dysfunction.

These qualifications will help me with people that suffer from pain, injury or illness involving the musculoskeletal system. My experience of training clients 1:1 for ten years will help people of all ages and physical ability to maintain their health, strength and fitness, recover from and prevent injury and reduce pain using exercise, movement and manual based therapeutic interventions.
